Pasteurised English cheeses are fairly robust, however, as with all cheeses they should be stored between 3–8°C until the reception. Food storage guidelines for dairy products frequently change but should be adhered to. |

Serve with delicate crackers or thick slices of unusual breads, pickles, and allow guests to serve themselves. Ensure there is space around the cake table, as it tends to become a focal point for the reception. |
