Sponge, lemon cake, chocolate cake or fruit cake completely encased in fondant icing. Each parcel is tied with ribbon and is very easy to handle, serve and even take home in a handbag! The example shown is suitable for around 50 guests, however, the more guests, the more impressive the cake and it can be made for any number! It can be displayed on our glass stand or on iced boards, as shown. The icing, as well as the ribbons, can be coloured to match or compliment your colour scheme, and this design is particularly effective with several shades of colour, perhaps with different flavours of cake for each colour.
