Simple chocolate cupcakes with a smooth dark chocolate ganache and a single dusted sugar rose on each one. The top tier was decorated to match. For this simple design the mirror effect from the silver cases and the mirrored base was an important aspect, so a single row of cakes were placed on each glass tier, with the remainder being placed around the stand on the cake table. Price is based on 80 cupcakes.
