Rich chocolate cake with milk chocolate curls and a deep layer of light flakes of milk chocolate on top. Each tier is supported on pillars and sprays of orchids trail between the tiers. Orchids last very well out of water and are available in a wide range of unusual and stiking colours at most times of the year. Alternatively we can use silk or sugar orchids.
