This cake was made using our soft vanilla madiera sponge with buttercream and rapsberry jam encased in white chocolate curls, but it could be made with lemon cake, chocolate cake, carrot cake or any combination. A square cake offers a different perspective but keeping with a classical theme, and serves around 25% more guests than a round one of the same size. The price for this 3 tier square cake is as shown with flowers. To add a tier simply add an extra ?50 for each tier added, or -?50 to remove a tier.
