Many, many thanks for the lovely croquembouch you provided for Danielle & Nigel's wedding on Saturday, 16 July, at Maesmawr Hall, Caersws. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to, looked beautiful, and tasted delicious - we served it as a dessert with a choice of  raspberry coulis, chocolate sauce or fresh cream. Danielle & Nigel tapped (gently) the top with a sword and looked very photogenic doing it if I might say so! Thank you again, and all who had a hand in making it.
